Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CarryOn. By accessing or using the CarryOn platform (the "Service"), available at carryon.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CarryOn. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

CarryOn is an online gaming marketplace that connects users ("Customers") with professional gaming teammates and boosters ("Boosters"). The platform facilitates the discovery, booking, and payment of gaming services including rank boosting, coaching sessions, duo queue play, and other gaming-related services. CarryOn acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the service agreement between Customers and Boosters.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify CarryOn immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. CarryOn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payment Terms

CarryOn operates a wallet-based payment system. Customers fund their wallet to purchase services on the platform. All payments for services are held in escrow until the service is completed and confirmed by the Customer.

CarryOn charges a platform commission of 15% on each completed transaction. This commission is deducted from the Booster's payout. Boosters receive 85% of the service price upon successful completion and confirmation of the order.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. CarryOn is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or financial institution. Wallet balances are non-transferable and may only be used within the CarryOn platform.

5. Booster Terms

To become a Booster on CarryOn, you must submit an application and be approved by our team. Approval is based on your gaming skill level, verification of rank, and adherence to our community standards. CarryOn reserves the right to approve or reject any Booster application at its sole discretion.

Approved Boosters agree to deliver services in a timely, professional manner and maintain the quality standards expected by the platform. Boosters must not engage in account sharing, use of cheats or exploits, or any behavior that violates the terms of the games they are providing services for. Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or abuse promotional offers
• Attempting to bypass the platform's payment system by arranging transactions outside of CarryOn
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the platform
• Using cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software that violates game publishers' terms of service
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or platform systems
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel an order before the Booster has begun providing the service for a full refund to their wallet balance. Once a Booster has started the service, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a Booster fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued if the service was partially completed. Refunds are processed to the Customer's wallet balance. Withdrawal of wallet funds to your original payment method is subject to CarryOn's withdrawal policies and processing times.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Customer and a Booster, CarryOn will act as a mediator to resolve the issue. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith with the dispute resolution process. CarryOn's decision regarding disputes is final and binding.

Any disputes between you and CarryOn that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarryOn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. CarryOn does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of Booster services.

CarryOn is not responsible for any actions taken by game publishers in response to the use of boosting services, including but not limited to account suspensions or bans. You use the Service at your own risk. CarryOn's total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CarryOn in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

CarryOn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
